Volunteer Duties

Hours can be worked 4 hours in a row, or two 2-hour volunteer activities, only 1 family member at a time in the concession stand.

You must go inside the concession stand and sign off on your volunteer duty the day you work. If you don't sign in, you don't get credit for the hours worked.

Due to safety reasons no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the concession stand.

Volunteer duties for the week will be posted every Sunday and are on a first come, first serve basis on the Sign-Up Genius website.

Team Head Coaches are responsible for monitoring their teams to ensure all families achieve their volunteer requirements.

Volunteer duties include

• Working at fundraiser functions and CMYFA parties
• Working the concession stand during practices and/or games
• Holding sticks during the games
• Announcing games and video recording games
• Working the scoreboard clock
• 50/50 ticket sellers

Other duties may be added as needed throughout the season. The Sign Up Genius website is the only place to choose volunteer duties — it tracks and records hours worked.
